He is confusing, rude and disorganized. The exams have almost completely different information than the homework and study guides. You basically have to teach yourself, the powerpoints don't help and make no sense because they talk about concepts and use language that a non-physics major wouldn't know. Worst prof. I've had so far.

This teacher is the worst. I took this class online and my internet froze for 5 minutes and did not finish a quiz. He would not let me retake it or just give me an extra 5 minutes. try to avoid if you can.

terrible TEACHER. He doesn't know how to explain things AT ALL. The only reason I'm doing great in the class is because I read the books, take notes, and study from my book notes. His class notes are useless, but you have to go for attendance. You get numerous attempts on HW, so the class is do-able if you you're someone who can teach yourself.

When I took this teacher one of the courses was in class and the other was through a podcast. If you are a visual learner I would not recommened him. His exam are really difficult mainly because he doesn't teach to them. I pretty much taught myself the night before the exam after attending the SI review sesson. Really difficult and do not recommened.

I don't like physics but its almost fascinating with Bruekner. Sometimes his courses don't coincide with his online tests after every lecture but they're not too difficult to get 100's on. The exams are friendlya difficult though but it depends on your confidence in physics. If you've never learned physics you're gonna feel bad but if you know it, you're fine

Dr.B Is as great as it gets. He is upfront and clear on what is expected of you. Make sure you attend class with a clicker and pay attention. Dr.B uses of the resources available to him to help you succeed, but at the same time hes not going to hand you all of the answers. He tries to make the subj. fascinating and related to our everyday lives.

How to get an A in this class: 1. Never skip, you get points for going and you need to hear ever word he says 2. do well on the first exam (study notes, read the book OMG, and re-read online homework) 3.UNDERSTAND the homework, don't just complete it for points 4. Attend SI sessions before exams!!

This teacher is a little 'different' but impartial and caring. Always answers questions. His exams are only difficult if you don't pay attention in class and don't read. Reading is mandatory to completely understand. Take him if you can, you will learn a lot and understand it.

I suck at science, I suck at math. Needless to say I've had a harrddd time in this class. However, Dr. B was very accommodating, even indirectly. He set up chatrooms when i posted saying i was having problems and couldnt go to the scheduled tutoring. There is so much available to help any student and he really tries to make it simple, and hes hillarious!

I have difficulty understanding what he is saying since half of his lecture and exams involve Chuck Norris or Justin Bieber. He also uses a lot of words that do not exist, like "ginormulous," or strange phases like "that burns my grits." It might be his attempt at humor, but it makes what he is saying vague and confusing.

He is literally the worst prof. I have had at UCF so far!! Do NOT take his class. He does not teach you any material that is actually on the exam. He goes over pointless power-points the whole class and goes off on the stupidest stories. If you are looking for a teacher that will actually TEACH you the material i would look somewhere else!

GREAT TEACHER! Go to class, take notes. No need to attend all SI sessions, just the major review ones before each exam. Do really well on the first exam so you can be an SSG leader and skip the final. Homework is simple because you get four tries.

Should be called PHYSICS and not physical science. Dr. B is a decent teacher, very organized, communicative, and hillarious, although he does have temper tantrums in class. Don't buy the textbook, trust me. Go to S.I. Sessions if you want an A in the class, I know from experience.

He's not terrible, but he can be pretty frustrating. His exams are simple, but make sure you review the homework (and understand it) before class. Go to class for clicker points; don't bother buying the textbook. I never used it, but got an A by going to SI sessions, doing the homework, and going to class.

I did not think it was an simple grade, but like be said before the 1st exam: Tough to ace, tough to fail. If you don't like Physics, take him, attend all required lecture sessions, have your functioning clicker with you at all times and attend the SI sessions, as well as the exam reviews. Do the online homework and you will be fine. Dr. B rocks!

He will tell you up front that "it's difficult to fail his exams and it's difficult to pass". He's not that great at explaining things either and if you have the book...supposedly they explain things differently. Just make sure you attend courses to get the clicker points and do the homework because those will save you in the end.
